Current Administrative & Legislative Advocacy

WACF’s legislative agenda reflects the shared priorities of our member organizations and is actively advanced by Executive Director Jill May and lobbyist Amber McPhee-Millard. Your own advocacy is also very important. Please reach out to let us know how you can support these legislative priorities.

Administrative Advocacy

Beginning in 2026, WACF will publicly post all formal letters, communications, and administrative advocacy efforts directed to DCYF and other state partners. We are doing this to increase transparency, strengthen accountability, and ensure that our members and the broader community can see the issues we are raising, the solutions we are proposing, and the responses we receive. This section serves as a public record of our administrative advocacy on behalf of children, youth, families, and the providers who support them.
