WACF works with agencies that provide Behavioral Rehabilitation Services, Crisis Residential Centers, HOPE beds, Regional Assessment Centers, therapeutic foster care, and other services designed to serve children, youth, and their families with multidimensional and complex needs.
Youth residential services provide 24/7 staffed care in a safe, structured setting for young people who cannot remain at home. These programs offer supervision, stability, and individualized support to help youth build life skills, address behavioral or emotional needs, and work toward reunification or a long‑term permanent plan.
